Who we are / What we do   SourceFlow is the ‘Recruitment Marketing Platform’ built for recruitment agencies. Our technology helps recruitment companies attract the best candidates, clients and consultants. This helps them build a more powerful brand and increase revenue.We only launched at the start of 2022 but we’re already on an incredible journey.   In past 24 months we’ve grown to a team of 20_ FT/Perm staff, and have successfully onboarded over 100 recruitment companies in the Europe, APAC & the US. We’ve set ourselves some big goals and we’re excited to be surpassing them already. We have a global reach in terms of customers and people. Currently we work hybrid in Sentral KL offices. The team operating from there is part of our UK operations and helps support, customers globally in delivery and beyond. We are looking for our next development superstar!   What we’re looking for   As a Front End Developer you’ll be responsible for supporting and developing beautiful websites that convert candidates, clients and consultants. The quality of your work will be on display for the world to see and every line of code should support our mission to ‘to build revenue-generating recruitment websites and marketing technology that makes our customers look like rockstars!   We're looking for super-organised and self-motivated people who take pride in their work. But more importantly we’re looking for real team players that demonstrate the following values in everything they do;   > Continual INNOVATION in your approach to building great websites and technology > CUSTOMER FIRST approach to every customer interaction > An ETHICAL approach to the way you approach every stakeholder > A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.   Your New Role > This role is all about getting the job done, achieving results and creating a great product for our customers. Each day is fast-paced and varied but you’ll be supported by a great global team.   A typical project/day might involve;   > Liaising with the experience team and clients to understand requirements > Building websites on the SourceFlow platform > Managing deployment, problem solving and fixing bugs > Upskilling in terms of Node, Next.js and React > Introducing innovative solutions to complex problems   Deploying your work to GithubYour goals as a Front-End Developer include; > Delivering a high quality, well coded, error free projects > Working to timescales for delivery > Working with your team to build a culture of high performance   What you get in return   This is so much more than a job.
